Domestic Allegations
Allegations of a domestic nature can occur from a range of situations, including conflicts within relationships, false accusations, and misunderstandings. The offences arising from such situations may include assault, non-fatal strangulation, controlling/coercive behaviour, threats, stalking, harassment, and blackmail.
